We all know that when we are approaching the New Year, we are full of excitement and we have New Year resolutions set in our mind. For some people, it may be losing weight, quitting smoking, saving money, have a better work life balance or even as simplest as mine – just showing up on time. So, we have these resolutions, and we are bloody enthusiastic towards getting there, but how many of us do not give up and actually achieve our New Year’s resolutions. Trust me, not many! I did some research on this and it appears that before the first month of the year has even come to an end, most people have given up on their annual commitment to themselves.
