Superfood | Green Smoothie | Energy Booster
Filled with lots of goodness, this Super Green smoothie containing kale, pineapple and banana is loaded with iron, potassium, fiber and so much more! It doesn’t look great, but it’s so fresh and delicious, even someone like me who doesn’t like kale did actually enjoy it. Start your day with this energy boosting Kale, Pineapple & Banana Smoothie!

Super Green Smoothie Recipe
Superfood | Green Smoothie | Energy Booster
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup Kale stems removed
- 1 cup Chopped Pineapple frozen / fresh
- 1/2 Banana frozen / fresh
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Juice of ¼ Lime
- 1 cup Cold Water
Instructions

Blend the kale,water and ice in a high speed blender until smooth.

Add all the other ingredients and blend again.

Serve the smoothie in a glass and sprinkle some chia seeds on the top.
Recipe Notes
- If you aren’t using cold water, you can add ¼ cup ice for a cold smoothie.
- You can also add ½ cup plain greek yogurt and substitute 1 cup of water with a cup of almond milk for a creamier taste.
